Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles into development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with enterprise clients
- Research emerging AI ethics regulations and translate into actionable compliance protocols
- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI ethics for industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in frameworks like IEEE 7001, EU AI Act, and NIST RMF
- Proficiency in Python/R for algorithmic bias analysis tools
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management (legal, engineering, product)
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated public speaking on the topic
- Understanding of generative AI limitations and deployment risks
