Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for emerging technologies
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Create corporate policies and governance structures for responsible AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI principles and best practices
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Represent the company at industry forums on AI ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience developing ethics policies for enterprise-level AI systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
