Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics

- Develop corporate AI ethics policies compliant with emerging US and international regulations
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles into development lifecycles
- Create transparency reports and stakeholder communications about AI decision-making processes
- Conduct scenario planning for ethical risks in generative AI and quantum computing applications
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in implementing EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience auditing algorithmic bias in production ML systems
- Strong background in applied ethics with focus on technology and social impact
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering requirements
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE Certifications, EIT Digital) preferred
- Experience working with quantum computing ethics and next-gen AI research
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical stakeholder audiences
