Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead stakeholder workshops to identify ethical risks in AI deployment
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI implementations
- Advise product teams on responsible AI development lifecycle
- Create ethics-by-design certification programs
- Represent company at international AI governance forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech policy
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Expertise in foresight methodologies for tech ethics
- Strong background in cross-cultural ethical frameworks
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Demonstrated success influencing organizational policy changes
