Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing governance frameworks for large-scale ML systems
- Expertise in EU AI Act and NIST RMF compliance frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics strategy
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool development
- Deep understanding of neurosymbolic AI convergence challenges
- Certification in AI Ethics Governance (AIGC) required
