Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological standards
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for advanced AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of AI deployment strategies
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces to address emerging challenges
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Monitor regulatory developments and adapt compliance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong background in cross-stakeholder communication and consensus-building
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
