Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI systems
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI transparency
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Create educational materials for employees and external partners
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate into organizational policy
- Advocate for inclusive AI design practices across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong understanding of generative AI and LLM architecture
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in ethics auditing tools and methodologies
