Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models using proprietary diagnostic tools

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
