- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and propose mitigation strategies for high-impact AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical guidelines for 2026 AI deployments
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance with evolving AI governance laws
- Create transparency reports documenting AI system decision-making processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with AI ethics focus
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for machine learning models
- Published research or practical experience in algorithmic fairness frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Proven track record of influencing organizational AI policy development
