Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and governance structures
- Strong communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Familiarity with emerging AI safety research and existential risk mitigation
