Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)

- Represent the company at industry forums on AI ethics and responsible technology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, algorithmic accountability, or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for AI/ML products
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML pipelines
- Portfolio of published work or projects in AI ethics or responsible innovation
