Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks and governance policies to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects, identifying potential biases and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with AI teams to design and build ethical AI models, emphasizing fairness, accountability, and transparency.
- Monitor and audit AI systems for ethical compliance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about evolving AI regulations and industry best practices, adapting our strategies accordingly.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators, industry groups, and the public, to promote responsible AI.
- Lead training initiatives to raise awareness of AI ethics across the organization.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in AI ethics, machine learning, or a related field, with a focus on responsible AI.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Expertise in ethical frameworks and regulatory landscapes for AI, such as GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIST guidelines.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex ethical dilemmas.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate ethical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for ethical AI.
