Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for LLMs and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to audit AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop quantum-resistant ethical protocols for 2026's neural network architectures
- Author policy recommendations for federal AI regulatory committees
- Create real-time ethical monitoring dashboards for critical infrastructure AI
- Coordinate with UN bodies on global AI ethics standards
- Mentor PhD candidates in AI ethics through our Nexus Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM FAccT) on algorithmic bias
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference frameworks
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Track record of building ethics review boards for Fortune 500 AI deployments
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global ethics collaboration
