Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research on AI bias mitigation and transparency
- Collaborate with UN task forces on global AI policy development
- Develop predictive models for societal impact of emerging technologies
- Author white papers for top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mentor PhD candidates in our ethics fellowship program
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Experience with UN/IEEE AI ethics standards committees
- Proficiency in Python, R, and causal inference frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Fluency in at least 3 languages
