Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for 2026-level autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI engineers, policymakers, philosophers) in ethical risk assessment
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models deployed in high-stakes domains
- Collaborate with UN bodies and Fortune 100 companies on AI safety standards
- Publish white papers that influence global AI legislation and industry best practices
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies and philosophical foundations
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years industry experience required)
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g. Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Experience with autonomous system governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative AI limitations
- Proven track record of advising Fortune 500 companies on AI risk mitigation
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical systems and global policy development
- Strong background in cognitive bias mitigation and explainable AI techniques
