Responsibilities

- Partner with policy teams to shape federal AI legislation proposals
- Design and implement audit protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Host industry consortiums establishing ethical certification standards
- Author white papers on AI existential risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in AI governance or technology ethics
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience collaborating with policy think tanks and regulatory bodies
- Expertise in quantum ethics and neuro-ethical implications
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
