- Author policy recommendations for regulatory compliance in 2026
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI ethics methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards
- Present findings at industry conferences and academic forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible AI development
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or fairness metrics
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
- Strong background in applied ethics and value-sensitive design
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
