Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations in AI design
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder communications
- Monitor emerging global AI regulations and adapt organizational policies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Contribute to industry-wide ethics standards through thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or policy development
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness in ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP) highly desirable
