Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks and policies
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for all AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives

- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with evolving AI standards
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of AI product decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, data ethics, or compliance
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for AI systems
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
