Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and implement fairness metrics across ML pipelines
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI deployment
- Lead incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI product development
- Produce public-facing transparency reports on AI system impacts
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IAPP, CERA)
- Experience with cross-cultural AI deployment challenges
- Strong background in quantitative bias analysis methods
