Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate AI systems' ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or philosophy journals
