Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for autonomous decision systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical protocols in AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Author whitepapers on emerging governance challenges for AI governance councils
- Monitor global regulatory trends and proactively update compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics oversight
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD principles
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Experience facilitating cross-functional ethical reviews
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy journals
- Strong background in risk management frameworks (ISO 31000)
