- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI adoption with industry partners
- Author transparency reports for high-risk AI applications in healthcare and finance
- Establish red-teaming protocols for adversarial AI vulnerability testing
- Advocate for inclusive AI design practices across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (OECD AI Principles, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, EU Ethics Guidelines)
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML fairness)
- Published research in AI ethics or policy preferred
