Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI development practices
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for industry conferences and policy-making bodies
- Monitor global AI policy developments and recommend strategic organizational adaptations
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and algorithmic transparency
- Proven track record of developing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US federal guidelines)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neuromorphic system governance
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published work on AI ethics or governance
