Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO 42001 standards
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using quantum computing-assisted analysis
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Design real-time ethical monitoring systems for deployed AI agents
- Author position papers on AI rights and consciousness ethics for regulatory bodies
- Train global teams on responsible AI deployment protocols
- Partner with neuroscientists to establish ethical boundaries for brain-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or post-classical AI systems
- Published work in top-tier ethics or AI journals
- Deep understanding of neuroethics and consciousness studies
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
