Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for enterprise clients
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems using established methodologies (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI implementation
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscape and advise on compliance strategies
- Design bias detection and mitigation protocols for machine learning models
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycles
- Represent the company at industry conferences on AI ethics and governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of major AI ethics frameworks (Asilomar Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and system design
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
