- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Published work in AI ethics or related journals preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIEC) a plus
