Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for ML models
- Develop corporate governance policies aligned with evolving regulations
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Create transparency documentation for algorithmic decision-making
- Advise product teams on ethical design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech ethics
- Published research on AI ethics or technology governance
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
