Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt strategies
- Document ethical decision-making processes for transparency
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ethical reasoning abilities
- Experience with stakeholder management across technical/non-technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or similar technical writing
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google, IBM, or Microsoft programs)
