Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Deep expertise in bias detection/mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST, etc.)
- Strong background in stakeholder management and policy development
- Technical proficiency in AI/ML concepts and model interpretability tools
