Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models using adversarial testing methodologies
- Develop explainability protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production environments
- Create governance dashboards tracking ethical KPIs and risk mitigation metrics
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on responsible AI principles
- Author policy documentation for regulatory submissions and public transparency reports
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., Demographic Parity, Equal Opportunity)
- Proficiency with explainable AI tools (SHAP, LIME) and model auditing frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Strong background in stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
