Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with bias detection tools in ML pipelines
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CAIG) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Published work on AI ethics or policy a plus
