- Lead cross-functional ethics councils with engineering and legal teams
- Produce whitepapers on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational standards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Technical proficiency in Python and bias detection libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement for controversial technology deployments
