Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with Fortune 500 tech experience
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their societal implications
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex ethical dilemma resolution
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Proven track record of developing operationalized ethical guidelines
- Experience with multi-stakeholder governance models
