Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments across AI deployments
- Develop governance policies for AI lifecycle management from development to deployment
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI standards
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through stakeholder engagement and thought leadership
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with evolving AI governance standards
- Drive continuous improvement of AI ethics metrics and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or policy development
- Deep understanding of ML fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or other regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of publishing research or leading initiatives in AI ethics
- Familiarity with generative AI risks and mitigation strategies
