Responsibilities
- Design and implement auditable AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using causal inference techniques
- Develop quantum-resistant ethical guidelines for next-gen AI models
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Create transparency reports for high-stakes autonomous decision systems
- Advise executive leadership on emerging AI ethics risks and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Proficiency with causal inference frameworks (DoWhy, CausalML)
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with quantum-resistant cryptography principles
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., EAG, CAGP) preferred
