You'll pioneer industry standards for AI transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation while mentoring cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies with regulators, ethics boards, and civil society
- Create predictive risk models for emerging AI challenges (e.g., deepfakes, autonomous decision-making)
- Establish company-wide AI ethics certification protocols and training programs
- Represent QuantumLeap in global AI ethics forums and policy development
- Mentor data scientists and engineers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or technology policy leadership
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques and algorithmic transparency
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
