Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Represent Nexus Dynamics at international forums shaping AI policy and standards
- Create stakeholder education programs on responsible AI adoption
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Lead incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech leadership roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, proposed US legislation)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level AI ethics policies
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
- Experience with cross-cultural AI deployment challenges
