Responsibilities

- Advocate for ethical AI standards at regulatory bodies and industry forums
- Lead cross-functional teams in ethical AI implementation
- Design transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making
- Establish incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
- Mentor junior ethicists and conduct ethics training across departments
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with regulatory bodies (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Strong public speaking and policy advocacy skills
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
