Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias and fairness
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in policy discussions with regulators
- Design transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Train technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Research emerging risks in generative AI and quantum-AI convergence
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lines
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience collaborating with federal regulators (FTC, FCC)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions
