- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for high-impact AI deployments

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years experience

- Proven track record influencing AI policy development at organizational or governmental levels
- Strong understanding of technical AI limitations and societal implications of autonomous systems
