Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and implement mitigation strategies across ML pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, ethics boards, and community representatives
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI system fairness and transparency
- Drive research initiatives on emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and generative AI
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in development lifecycles
- Represent the organization at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex ethical dilemmas
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
