- Establish transparent documentation processes for AI decision-making systems
- Advocate for ethical AI principles through executive briefings and stakeholder communications
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance with international data protection laws
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for high-risk AI applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Background in policy development for emerging technologies
