Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics audit protocols for generative models and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews of AI-powered products before 2026 market deployment
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI governance frameworks
- Conduct bias assessments and algorithmic transparency audits
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI legislation landscape
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Monitor global AI ethics standards and report compliance metrics to C-suite
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics role
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and upcoming 2026 regulations
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of developing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks
