- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and regulatory summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in developing bias mitigation techniques for ML systems and autonomous platforms
- Proven track record influencing AI policy at governmental or multinational organizational levels
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies for ethical technology development
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or technology ethics topics
- Experience working with quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI architectures
