Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems deployed by 2026
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models using proprietary evaluation tools
- Develop cross-disciplinary curricula on AI ethics for engineering teams and executive stakeholders
- Advise on regulatory compliance for autonomous systems in healthcare, finance, and infrastructure
- Lead red-teaming exercises to identify ethical vulnerabilities in next-gen neural networks
- Author white papers on AI ethics for industry consortiums and governmental bodies
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI alignment strategies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and policy development
- Proficiency with Python and statistical modeling for bias quantification
- Experience working with quantum computing interfaces or neuromorphic systems
- Demonstrated success in influencing corporate AI governance at scale
- Strong background in cross-cultural ethics and global technology policy
