- Collaborate with policymakers on industry-standard ethical guidelines
- Train technical teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Monitor global regulatory trends and adjust strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or compliance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience with cross-functional ethical design processes
- Published work on AI ethics or policy (preferred)
- Proficiency in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
