We're seeking a visionary AI Ethicist & Futurist Strategist to architect responsible AI frameworks and guide our organization through emerging technological disruptions. This role combines deep technical acumen with philosophical foresight to ensure our innovations align with human values while driving competitive advantage in the pre-2026 landscape.
As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global policy think tanks to preemptively address ethical dilemmas and market opportunities. Your strategic insights will directly influence our product roadmap and corporate responsibility initiatives, positioning us as leaders in the responsible AI movement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, quantum AI, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible innovation and bias mitigation
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics and societal impact for executive briefings
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Advise on policy engagement strategies with global regulatory bodies
- Design and maintain AI ethics audit protocols for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) implementation
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing initiatives
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or futurism
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) or equivalent practical expertise
