Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with focus on ethics
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or future tech impact assessment
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for technology forecasting
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics or neuromorphic systems
