Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with policymakers, researchers, and industry partners
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing applications
- Create transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI development
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy (preferred)
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools for ethical auditing
- Strong background in privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
